Sony has announced the latest additions to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalogue for July 2025, marking the platform’s 15th anniversary with a lineup of major titles. Leading the update is Cyberpunk 2077, one of the most critically discussed games of the past decade, now available for download to PS Plus Extra and Premium members.

Cyberpunk 2077 Now on PS Plus

Starting July 9, PlayStation Plus subscribers can access Cyberpunk 2077 on both PS4 and PS5. The game’s addition to the catalogue comes five years after it was temporarily removed from the PlayStation Store due to technical issues on the last-generation console. To celebrate its inclusion, Sony is offering a 30% discount on the game’s Phantom Liberty expansion until July 23.

New Titles Expand the Catalogue

Among the other additions is Abiotic Factor, a new co-op survival crafting game for the PS5. Launching July 22, it allows players to explore a top-secret research facility while facing off against supernatural threats.

Another major highlight is Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, arriving July 15. Set in 1695 North America, this narrative-driven action RPG follows ghost hunters Red and Antea through a deeply emotional storyline.

Sony has also announced several titles that will be available from July 15:

• Bluey: The Videogame (PS4, PS5) – A family-friendly title based on the globally popular animated series.
• Planet Zoo (PS5) – A strategic zoo management simulator with realistic animal behavior and habitat design.
• Risk of Rain 2 (PS4, PS5) – A fast-paced, co-op-friendly roguelike shooter.
• Tropico 6 (PS4, PS5) – A satirical strategy game where players become a dictator managing a Caribbean island.
• New World: Aeternum (PS5) – A console-exclusive open-world action RPG set in a mysterious supernatural world.

Classic Titles Join Premium Tier

In a nostalgic move for long-time PlayStation fans, Twisted Metal 3 and Twisted Metal 4 will be added to the Classics Catalogue for Premium members on July 15. These PS1-era vehicular combat games have been enhanced with modern features such as rewind, quick save, and upscaled visuals.
